Meet Hannah — our resident ray of sunshine and precision-cutting queen! A 4th-generation barber with clippers practically in her DNA, Hannah brings both legacy and talent to every style she creates. She’s known for her razor-sharp cuts, warm energy, and the best laugh in the salon (seriously, it’s contagious). Outside the salon, she’s a book lover, backyard BBQ boss, and proud sideline cheerleader — you’ll often find her alongside her husband, cheering on their kids at sporting events. Whether she’s smoking meats or shaping bobs, this girl’s got serious chops. Come for the cut, stay for the conversation. You’ll leave looking sharp and smiling wide!

With a radiant smile that lights up the salon, Jessica brings both talent and heart to Partners in Hair. As one of the proud partners, she’s passionate about making every client feel confident and beautiful. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll likely find her cheering on her beloved Kansas City Chiefs or Iowa State Cyclones, a glass of wine in hand and country music playing in the background. Jessica is a proud mom who loves nothing more than supporting her kids at their sporting events alongside her husband. Whether she’s soaking up the sun by the pool or brightening someone’s day at the salon, Jessica brings energy, warmth, and a true love for what she does.

Timberly is our resident color expert who knows how to make every shade pop just right. From classic, sun-kissed highlights to wild colors that turn heads, Timberly’s the mastermind behind your next great hair day. When she’s not busy mixing up magic at the salon, you’ll find her wining and dining like a local foodie, planning legendary girls’ trips and salon outings, obsessing over the latest fashion trends, or most importantly - making memories with her husband and son. She’s equal parts expert stylist, hype woman, and all-around good time!

Natalie is a well-rounded stylist with a serious love for a sharp pixie cut and a strong coffee. She brings creativity, kindness, and a killer smile to every appointment. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her chasing after her little boy, laughing with her husband, or hunting down the perfect thrifted gem. With her warm heart and eye for style, Natalie makes every client feel like a million bucks—without spending it!

She was born deep in the heart of Texas, took her talents to sunny California, and lucky for us, landed right here in our Des Moines, Iowa salon! Sandra’s got a knack for nailing that perfect classic cut and color combo, and she does it all with a smile. When she's not behind the chair, she's gushing over her two amazing military kiddos (who she misses like crazy!) or spoiling her adorable dog—who might just be the second-most stylish one in the house. Chic, sharp, and full of sparkle—Sandra’s the stylist who’ll make you feel fabulous before the blow dryer even turns on!

Katie

{ Assistant Stylist }

Katie is a recent beauty school graduate and a passionate new addition to our salon team! As our Assistant Stylist, she works closely with our seasoned stylists to help with services and ensure every guest experience is smooth and enjoyable. Katie is currently honing her craft and welcomes appointments by request. While services with her may take a little extra time as she perfects her techniques, they are always supervised by one of our experienced Partners to ensure the highest quality. Outside the salon, Katie loves spending time outdoors, experimenting in the kitchen, and being with her family and friends. She brings a bright energy, eagerness to learn, and a genuine love for the beauty industry to everything she does—we’re so excited to watch her grow!
